From the Fall 1998 issue of Cohousing Journal (aka 'cohomag'):

In Ottawa, Ontario the Terra Firma Drummond Housing group bought two
adjacent row houses in the fall of 1997 (6 units total), and they have been
renovating the units one by one.  The group has hopes of constructing on
an infill site between the two row houses; meanwhile they are sharing
the combined back yards and using one of the units for a community meal
once a week.  Several former members of Terra Firma hope to purchase a
building on the same block to continue the development of the community.
